Before recording, System audio offers all apps or selected apps. Microphone is a separate choice, and I leave it off here. In this example project, the microphone and system tracks are separate. I lower system audio to forty percent and keep the voice at a hundred. Then I choose Noise reduction for the voice. Finally, I play the section in the editor to check the balance.

Can Lorivelle record internal audio on Mac?
Yes. System audio capture can include all applications or selected apps. You can also record microphone narration in the same session and adjust the levels separately afterwards.
Can I record audio from only one application?
Yes. Choose selected-app audio in the recording setup and select the application. For browsers, the selection applies to the application, including its windows, rather than one individual tab.
Can I record a tutorial without a webcam?
Yes. Record the screen and microphone with the webcam disabled. Camera capture is optional, so a narrated screen-only tutorial uses the same recording and editing workflow.
Why is my microphone missing from the recording?
Check that the intended microphone is selected and enabled before recording. In macOS System Settings, allow Lorivelle microphone access under Privacy & Security, then make a short test recording.
Does Lorivelle generate captions automatically?
Yes. Choose an audio track and English or German, then generate editable captions locally. Download the speech model once; recognition works offline afterwards. You can also write captions yourself or import SRT.
