Email support@lorivelle.com with your account email, Lorivelle version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment details or your license file.
Install the Mac app
Choose Download for Mac. No account is needed. Open the DMG and drag Lorivelle into Applications. On first use, macOS asks for the permissions needed for screen, camera, and microphone capture.
Activate your license
After payment is confirmed, choose Activate in Lorivelle in Your account. Confirm in your browser; the app receives and verifies your license automatically. Alternatively, download your license file and import it in Lorivelle → Settings → License. Recording and editing are free; activation unlocks project saving and video export.
Monthly renewals refresh automatically when you are online. To check immediately, choose Refresh license in Settings. Your signed license works offline until its paid date. A one-time license keeps working for versions covered by your update year.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Open Your account to see payment receipts, the next renewal, and any scheduled end date. Select Manage billing to update your payment method, or Cancel subscription to confirm cancellation. You retain access for the rest of the paid period.
